Galette des Rois,

Ingredients: Two
puff
125 g ground almonds
125 g caster sugar
125 g butter 02 eggs moun


02 yellow beans for my two children for not jealous hehehe



Preparation:


You work the soft butter and sugar until the mixture is well blended and fluffy, you then add the ground almonds and eggs.
Put the first batter onto the center garnish with the mixture. I remove the two beans, then cover with second pastry.
You solder the two pulp, return the edge as a seam by pressing it is you mark the edge with a knife.
Brush the surface of the cake with egg yolk, and draw crosses on top.
Once the cake removed from the oven I brush it with a layer of honey.
